That's up to you. DNR (Department of Natural Resources) requires you to have the life vest in the boat with you. You do not have to be wearing it. Be smart and wear it though.
You cannot leave your kayak on the beach overnight or alone on the beach with no supervision. Security will take them away and you will be charged for the loss of items.

We ask that you never drag a kayak in the sand, street, driveway, etc. It will drag a hole in the kayak and you will not be a happy camper when your kayak starts sinking. You will be charged for the damage.
Yes they come with both paddles and life vests. The vests are adjustable.
Never leave the kayaks on the beach. Please bring them to your house, condo or campsite when you are finished with them for the day. Leave them in the same place they were dropped off for our pick up on your last day.
No, you don't need to be present. We will leave the kayaks in plain sight with the paddles and life vests requested.
